All work will be performed using licensed systems, platforms, or software provided by the attorney or firm. No work will be conducted using personal accounts unless explicitly approved.
During an active subscription period, within allocated monthly hours.
Where This Service Ends:
Upon delivery of the drafted document, memo, or research assignment.
When allocated monthly hours are exhausted.
At the end of the billing cycle unless renewed.
Service Not Included:
Court appearances, oral arguments, or client intake.
Representation before any court or tribunal.
Procedural law or legal advice directly to firm clients.
Making final litigation, filing, or negotiation decisions.
