Where this service begins:
Upon assignment of specific, clearly defined tasks by the attorney or firm only.
After receipt of necessary facts, documents, reference materials, and drafting instructions.
After receipt of any firm templates, applicable rules, or jurisdiction-specific guidance (if available).
After clarification of research preferences or sources (if any).
All work will be performed using licensed systems, platforms, or software provided by the attorney or firm(e.g., research databases, case management tools). No work will be conducted using personal accounts unless explicitly approved.
During an active subscription period, within allocated monthly hours.
Where this service ends:
Upon completion and delivery of assigned work
When allocated monthly hours are exhausted
At the end of the billing cycle, unless renewed
Services Not Included:
Court appearances, oral arguments, or client intake
Representation before any court, tribunal, or authority
Providing legal advice directly to firm clients
Making final litigation, filing, or negotiation decisions
Negotiations with opposing counsel
Procedural filings performed independently of attorney instruction
24/7 availability, emergency coverage, or after-hours/weekend work (unless pre-approved)
