Objective-Driven Drafting — Prepared in light of the transaction purpose and outcomes specified by the instructing attorney.
Structured Organization — Clear contract architecture, including definitions, operative provisions, and risk allocation clauses.
Pre-Draft Review — Instructions, background materials, and relevant documents are reviewed before drafting begins.
Logical & Chronological Flow — Provisions are sequenced coherently, including time-based obligations where applicable.
Clarity & Brevity — Concise, precise language designed to minimize ambiguity while preserving legal accuracy.
Consistency of Terminology — Defined terms are used uniformly throughout the document.
Material Focus — Only provisions necessary to the transaction are included.
Risk-Sensitive Structuring — Particular attention to liability, indemnity, termination, remedies, and dispute provisions as directed.
Compliance Alignment — Applicable requirements and formalities identified by counsel are incorporated.
Supporting Documents — Schedules, exhibits, and annexures included where necessary.
Quality Review — Drafts are proofread for clarity, consistency, and completeness prior to delivery.
Commencement of Services
Services begin:
Upon assignment by the attorney or law firm
After receipt of objectives, relevant documents, templates, and instructions
During an active engagement or subscription period
Deliverable: One finalized document in editable Word format, including up to two revision rounds.
Services Not Included
The following are outside the scope of drafting support:
Court appearances or oral advocacy
Client intake or direct client communication
Representation before any court, agency, or tribunal
Providing legal advice to firm clients
Final litigation, filing, or negotiation decisions
Negotiations with opposing counsel
24/7 availability or emergency coverage
After-hours or weekend work unless pre-approved
Confidentiality
All materials and communications are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of performing the requested drafting services.
